Before publication, all their manuscripts are read by their own customers, the reluctant readers themselves. Their comments are taken into account, and many of the children's suggested changes are made. Children and teenagers who commented on the manuscript receive a free copy of the book, and their names appear in the list of consultants at the back of the book.
